Prof. Rana Pratap Singh
Professor Rana Pratap Singh is a renowned environmental scientist and academic with over 36 years of experience in higher education, research, and public service. A Ph.D. in Life Sciences (Nitrogen Metabolism in Plants), he has guided over 40 research scholars and published 200+ scientific papers. He has held key academic and administrative roles at Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow, and served as Chairman of the State Environmental Impact Assessment Authority (UP), Ministry of Environment, Govt. of India.
Currently, he is the Honorary Director at the Centre for Sustainable Agriculture and Environment (PHSS Foundation, Lucknow). His work focuses on sustainable agriculture, climate-resilient innovations, microbial ecology, and rural development. He is the Editor-in-Chief of an international research journal and President of two national academic societies promoting environmental sustainability.

Mr. Sanjay Singh
He is a postgraduate. And is associated with organization since the inception i.e. from 25 years. He is holding the responsibility of Secretary and is highly devoted for advocacy, liaising, fund raising & management issues. He is leading Water & Right to food agenda. At present, he is also coordinating Jal-Jan Jodo Abhiyan as the National Convener of the campaign. Secretary -

He is a postgraduate in Social Work (MSW). He isa , well know personality district Jalaun. He is contributing to managing the organization’s systems & procedures with Parmarth. Treasurer -
Mr. Santosh Kumar
He is a grass root activist and actively involved in the organization since last 18 years for various issues for rural development like education, environment, and entitlement of rural community and improvement of local governance and is an expert in community mobilization & organizational building process. Ms. Neelam Prabhat
She is having a master’s degree. She is a very prominent women activist in Uttar Pradesh and is promoting women farmers’ issues through AAROH campaign. She is working since last 20 years in social sector with a specialization on gender issues. Member -
Mr. Surendra Singh Sengar
He is having a master’s degree.He has made sincere efforts to link children from disadvantaged communities to education. He himself worked as a professor with Degree College. Member -
Adv. Virendra pratap Yadav
Regular Practicing in High Court of Judicature at Allahabad since 1992 in Civil and Criminal Cases of all types, also in service matter.
He is Appointed as Additional Government Advocate High Court, Allahabad on 17.03.2006 to 3.10.2007 and 12.11.2007 to 10.05.2018 dealing specifically in Criminal Appeals of Murder, Dowry Death and Embezzdement Cases.

A dedicated social development professional with over 30 years of experience, with a strong focus on health, child development, and child rights. Has contributed significantly to grassroots initiatives and policy advocacy to improve the lives of women and children in marginalized communities.
